Open Question: How could Morroco go to war?

In my story, to maintain it's purpose, I need Morroco to go to war. One as big and significant as possible, one that would cause Britain and America to intervene. But I'm not very knowledgable about the nation, nor things that would cause it to declare war. I was thinking Morocco will be used as springboard for a Muslim land invasion of Spain.
