Open Question: Chances at Emory. Please Honost Opinion?

ive got a 3.76 weighted taken 6 APs and 4 honors national honor society, spanish honor society, study abroad in spain 3 weeks, organized basketball tournaments for fundrasiers, tutor, ping pong club treasurer my sat's are bad i know 680math, 510 critical readong, and 550 writing total 1740 i go to a very tough high school. my essay shows overcoming adversity. my semester grades are decent. im getting mostly all B's but 6 of my classes are AP. i knwo my SAT's dont cut it but i woudl like to be chanced anyway. i was just deferred from wake forest so im a little disappointed right now in any case can good grades adn a good essay overcome poor SAT scoreS?...
